A curated 9-day, 8-night journey designed to inspire and immerse you in Ireland's most iconic landscapes, culture and luxury experiences. The itinerary includes stays at five-star luxury hotels and iconic castles, private city tours, traditional cultural experiences, and access to Ireland's most celebrated destinations.
Arrive Dublin Airport and transfer to The Fitzwilliam Hotel in Dublin City Centre.
Afternoon private city tour including historic Georgian Square and Trinity College. Designed to provide orientation and insight into Dublin City and its culture.
Guinness Storehouse visit with an exclusive, hosted Connoisseur Experience within Ireland's most recognisable brand home. Private tasting session guided by expert hosts, gaining deeper understanding of the craft and heritage behind Guinness in a refined setting.

After breakfast at the hotel, there will be a 3 hour CE lecture.
Transfer to Ballyknocken House you will experience a warm and engaging culinary experience hosted in a traditional country house. Guests participate in hands-on scone baking, learning classic Irish techniques while enjoying a relaxed and sociable environment, followed by a farm-to-table lunch highlighting fresh, locally sourced ingredients, served in an authentic rural setting.
The evening will include an uplifting performance of Irish music, dance and storytelling at Merry Ploughboys. This experience creates a shared group moment and introduces guests to Ireland's rich cultural traditions.

After breakfast at the hotel we will be transferred to Kinsale. One of Ireland's most picturesque coastal towns, celebrated for its colourful streets, harbour views and reputation as the country's culinary capital.
Along the journey we will stop at Rock of Cashel. One of Ireland's most significant historic landmarks. This dramatic site features a collection of medieval buildings set on an elevated outcrop. A guided visit provides insight into Ireland's religious and royal past.
Lunch will be at Mikey Ryan's restaurant in Cashel.

After breakfast at the hotel you will have two options for the day.
Option 1 is a Kinsale food walking tour. A guided exploration of Kinsale's renowned food scene. Guests enjoy curated tastings at selected artisan producers and eateries, gaining insight into local flavours and culinary craftsmanship.
Option 2 is Golfing at Old Head Golf LInks (additional cost)An exceptional golfing experience on one of the world's most dramatic courses. Set on a peninsula extending into the Atlantic Ocean, the course offers panoramic views and a truly memorable round.

Breakfast at the hotel before checkout then transfer from Kinsale to Killarney, County Kerry. Journey into one of Ireland's most scenic regions, known for its lakes, mountains and National Park landscapes.
Experience a Jaunting car ride in a traditional horse-drawn carriage ride through Killarney National Park, offering a relaxed and authentic way to experience the landscape, guided by local drivers who share stories and local knowledge.
Visit Muckross House and traditional farms. A beautifully preserved 19th-century estate set within Killarney National Park. The experience includes both the historic house and working farm, offering insight into Ireland's heritage and rural traditions.

Travel north from Killarney and cross the Shannon Estuary by ferry at Tarbert to County Clare and continue to Ashford Castle.
Visit the Cliffs of Moher, one of Ireland's most visited natural attractions, offering sweeping views over the Atlantic Ocean from towering sea cliffs.
Lunch in Lahinch, County Clare
Tour through the vast, moon-like Burren in County Clare. The limestone landscape is one of Ireland's most compelling landscapes, characterised by cool grey rock etched with crevices and tumbling down to the wild blue Atlantic Ocean. A huge rocky pavement dotted with rock formations, caves and fossils, with an incredible array of flowers, from native species to Arctic, Alpine and Mediterranean plants. The limestone landscape has led to a form of farming that is hardy, with a history dating back over 6,000 years.
